EXPLORATION
Zebra Energy Nigeria Limited conducts systematic mineral exploration programs designed to identify, evaluate, and delineate economically viable mineral deposits. Our exploration approach integrates geological, geochemical, and geophysical methods to reduce uncertainty and improve target confidence from early-stage reconnaissance through advanced resource definition.
Our activities include desktop studies, satellite imagery interpretation, remote sensing analysis, and review of historical geological and geophysical datasets to identify prospective mineralized zones. Field programs involve detailed geological mapping, structural analysis, trenching, and systematic sampling to establish mineralization trends and geological controls.
Ground geophysical investigations utilizing Induced Polarization (IP), Resistivity (RES), Self Potential (SP), Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES/VP), radiometric surveys (U, Th, K), and magnetic methods are conducted to delineate subsurface structures, alteration zones, and ore-bearing systems. Integrated interpretation of these datasets supports accurate target generation and drill program design.
Advanced exploration stages include diamond core drilling and auger drilling programs to obtain representative subsurface samples for geological logging, geotechnical evaluation, and laboratory analysis. These data are integrated into 2D and 3D geological models to support Mineral Resource estimation.
All exploration programs are conducted using industry-standard methodologies and quality control procedures consistent with internationally recognized reporting frameworks including the JORC Code (2012 Edition) and NI 43-101.
MINING
Zebra Energy Nigeria Limited conducts responsible and efficient mining operations across company-owned sites and joint venture projects targeting strategic mineral commodities including tin, columbite, zircon, ilmenite, monazite, iron ore, sulphide ores, Rare Earth Elements (REEs), and associated industrial minerals. Our mining activities are supported by systematic geological evaluation and resource definition to ensure sustainable and economically viable extraction.
Mining operations are carried out using a combination of mechanized surface mining and selective mining methods designed to optimize ore recovery while minimizing dilution and environmental impact. Depending on deposit characteristics, extraction techniques include controlled open-pit mining, shallow alluvial mining, and targeted vein extraction supported by geological grade control and continuous field supervision.
Ore materials are subjected to onsite beneficiation processes including screening, washing, gravity concentration, and mineral separation to produce marketable mineral concentrates that meet industry specifications. Production monitoring, grade control sampling, and laboratory verification are implemented to ensure consistent product quality and traceability.
Our mining operations follow established operational procedures and environmental management practices consistent with regulatory requirements and international mining best practices, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable mineral production.
GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES
Zebra Energy Nigeria Limited provides comprehensive geotechnical and subsurface investigation services to support mineral exploration, mine development, and engineering design. Utilizing company-owned diamond core drilling rigs and advanced subsurface investigation techniques, we generate reliable geological and geotechnical data required for safe and efficient mine planning.
Our services include diamond core drilling for lithological characterization, structural analysis, and rock mass evaluation, supported by detailed core logging and laboratory testing. Integrated geological and geophysical datasets are used to develop high-resolution 2D and 3D subsurface models that define ore geometry, structural conditions, and ground stability parameters essential for mine design and development.
Through advanced 3D geological modeling and mine engineering tools, we support pit optimization, underground layout planning, and production strategy development. We also engage in strategic mining partnerships, technical project development, and structured mining site lease or transfer arrangements, enabling investors and operators to access technically evaluated and development-ready mineral assets.
